The Outstanding Employee Awards are presented annually by the Independents Section of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) to individuals who have shown excellence in individual performance, management skills, and customer relations, under their company's standards of finance management. These individuals are selected by their companies who are finance company members of the AFSA Independents Section.
Outstanding Employee Award applications being accepted now for the 29th Independent's Conference & Exposition. Please note: There is no voting process -- all nominees are WINNERS.
The awards will be presented this year in conjunction with the 29th Independents Conference and Exposition's
"Champions Club Luncheon", held Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, California.
As part of the participation in the awards program, sponsoring companies agree to provide their Outstanding Employee Award recipients with a registration to the conference, travel and hotel costs. AFSA is pleased to provide a 50% discounted registration rate of $475 for award nominees and a complimentary conference registration to the award recipient's spouse/companion. The company pays the travel expenses and hotel costs.
