Outstanding Employee Awards

The Outstanding Employee Awards are presented annually by the Independents Section of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) to individuals who have shown excellence in individual performance, management skills, and customer relations, under their company's standards of finance management. These individuals are selected by their companies who are finance company members of the AFSA Independents Section.

Outstanding Employee Award applications being accepted now for the 27th Independent's Conference & Exposition. Please note: There is no voting process -- all nominees are WINNERS.

The awards will be presented this year in conjunction with the 27th Independents Conference and Exposition's "Breakfast of Champions", held Friday, March 19th, 2010, at the La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs, CA.

As part of the participation in the awards program, sponsoring companies agree to provide their Outstanding Employee Award recipients with an all-expense paid trip to AFSA's Independent's Conference & Exposition. AFSA is pleased to provide a complimentary conference registration to the award recipient and his/her spouse/companion. The company pays the travel expenses and hotel costs.
