Outstanding Employee Service Awards

The Outstanding Employee Service Awards are presented annually by the Independents Section of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) to individuals who have shown excellence in individual performance, management skills, and customer relations, under their company's standards of finance management. These individuals are selected by their companies who are members of the AFSA Independents Section.

This year's award recipients were Brandy Blackwell, Cynthia Gibson, Sergio Guerrero, Lance Irwin, Leticia Lagar, and Bonnie Norris.

The 2008 Awards will be presented during the 25th Anniversary Independents Conference, March 26-29, 2008 at the Wild Horse Pass Resort in Chandler, Arizona (Phoenix). AFSA provides a complimentary registration for the award nominee and his/her spouses/guest. The company pays the travel expenses. Oustanding Independent Award

Henry B. Goodman, President & CEO, M/V Acceptance Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona received the 2007 Outstanding Independent Award presented by Jeff Snyder, President & COO, Mission Financial Services, and last year's award recipient. This award honors an individual who has contributed to the success of the financial services industry and AFSA Independents Section through active involvement and participation at the community and association levels.
